Vouchers must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance of redemption. Same-day redemptions will not be accepted.

Vouchers are redeemable only at the Senses Spa of The Kingsbury.

Each voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Extensions will not be granted.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Multiple payment methods can be used during checkout, including the gift voucher.

If not fully redeemed in one transaction, the remaining balance will be forfeited.

Vouchers are for one-time use only. Once the unique promo code is applied, it will be deactivated and cannot be reused.
