Products & Minimum Orders
- Products available for delivery are listed on the website, are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Prices of products may change at the discretion of The Kingsbury Colombo.
- Purchases should be of a minimum value of Rs. 1,000/-
Delivery Charges, Delivery Times and Payment
- A delivery charge of Rs. 300 will be added to the final pricing. The delivery charge may change at the discretion of The Kingsbury Colombo.
- Orders are delivered daily from 10.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. If an order is placed after 10.30 p.m., it will be delivered the following day.
- We accept VISA/Master Debit and Credit cards, or cash on delivery as payment.
- Preparation times for all dishes are mentioned on their individual listings, in the description section.
- Time of delivery is stated as an estimate only and may vary depending on factors such as distance, traffic etc.
- The Kingsbury Colombo will bear no liability for any failure or delay in delivery arisen out of circumstances beyond their control.
- In case of an unusual delay due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be contacted and kept informed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the guest and is not refundable.
The Kingsbury may cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, and in the event of such cancellation, The Kingsbury shall endeavour to issue a refund within seven (07) working days of such cancellation.
